A Bit About Me

Growing up I was consumed and controlled by a constant battle with depression and anxiety. My biggest struggles were my fear of failure, never feeling accepted or understood, or even wanted by anyone. The hardest thing in life is to pursue the things you want despite all the pressures around you telling you not to. Thankfully I found and pursued parkour 10 years ago, and it has helped me overcome all of these.

I am so grateful I took the plunge and joined in on a movement that has changed the way I look at the world, and changed the way I think for the better. There is nothing I want more in this world than to be able to share this movement and culture with everyone. What started as mostly an escape and a hobby, has turned into something much more. Every year my perception of parkour changes, and my appreciation for it grows.

"It is now my biggest passion, my career, and my greatest tool for self growth."
